The federal government launched the N-Power Batch C on National Social Investment Management Systems on Thursday (NASIMS).
At a press conference, Minister of Social Development Sadiya Umar Farouq presented information on the registration.
The minister was quoted by NAN as saying that Batches A and B have already been introduced.
“We have reached another milestone in the process of recruiting and onboarding of the Batch C N-Power beneficiaries”, Farouq said.
Batch C, she clarified, was designed to serve one million new recipients, with 500,000 people in each of the first and second sources.
The N-Power cluster can now be administered via the NASIMS to ensure accountability and dynamic impact evaluation.
This would be achieved using ICT resources for coordination, governance, tracking, and stakeholder management, according to the minister.
She said, “As we launch the N-Power Batch C today, all N-Power Batch C applicants are required to log into the N-Power Self Service portal on www.nasims.gov.ng.”
A dedicated helpline has been established to assist applicants in the application process. Call +234(0)1888501 1 or contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
David Ibhawoh, NASIMS’s ICT Consultant, promised that the site will not crash or have any issues.
